Rabbit Vaccinations

Picture
Rabbits need vaccinations to prevent and protect against diseases which are very serious and cause intense suffering to rabbits.

To ensure the health and wellbeing of all rabbits boarding with Happy Bunnies Hotel. All rabbits need to be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and the two strains of Rabbit Viral Haemorrhagic Disease known as RVHD1 and RVHD2.

Happy Bunnies Hotel will REFUSE any rabbit boarding if a current vet signed vaccination card can not be shown. You will need to send us a picture of your signed vaccination card before boarding.

The 3 in 1 vaccination called "Nobivac Myxo-RHD Plus" provides protection against Myxomatosis, RVHD1 and RVHD2.

Did you know if you have an indoor rabbit, no matter how careful you may be, diseases can passed along on clothing, bedding or through insects such as mosquitos, flies, ticks and fleas. So indoor rabbits don't necessarily have to come into direct contact with wild rabbits or live outdoors to become infected.
