Customer Boarding Portal
To access the customer portal, you need to be a current boarder of Happy Bunnies Hotel. If this is your pet's first time staying at our hotel or if it has been more than a year since their last visit please fill out the Customer Form.

All future bookings will need to be made through the Customer Portal. You do not need to contact us to check if dates are available. Just submit the dates and times you require and these will either be approved or added to our waiting list.

When you log into your account, please sign our latest terms and conditions and fill out any required fields.

Rabbit owners are required to submit a copy of their rabbit vaccination card via email, as we are unable to accommodate rabbits that have not been vaccinated.
On the Customer Portal you can access a range of convenient features :

  • Quickly submit a booking and check availability.
  • Monitor your current bookings.
  • Request modifications to your bookings.
  • Add or remove pets as necessary.
  • Keep your pet and personal information up to date.
  • Upload a picture of your pet.
  • Log in to your account anytime, 24/7.
  • View outstanding balance (if you have multiple bookings, this will show the total amount of all future bookings).
